5 out of 5 starsI ordered four different bookmarks and each one is more lovely than the last! I'm putting them away for the readers in my family for birthday gifts - I lucked out that there was something unique to match their personalities, and they shipped so quickly! Thank you so much!

Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate the square inches of my project?
You measure the length and width of your project and the multiply the numbers together.
Example: 60 inches x 72 inches = 4,320 sq. inches
Okay, I want you to finish my project and I paid my deposit. What happens next?
Yay! Thank you! After paying your deposit, you will have access to a download. When you download the document, it will have detailed instructions on prepping your project, a link to my design library to pick the design you want, additional options for batting and backing, thread color options, instructions for shipping your project to me, and order sheet. Once I receive your project, I will contact you. I’ll confirm the size of your project, pattern, thread choice, and any other optional add-ons you’ve chosen. Once we’ve agreed on the details, the balance for the remainder of the cost of services will be due. Once I receive that payment, I’ll begin working on your project. Once it’s finished, I’ll ship it back to you!
Do you offer custom quilting?
I don’t offer custom quilting right now. It’s not something that I have enough time to devote to fully, and I want to be able to provide a positive, cost effective experience for my customers. I’m hoping to offer it in the future.
Refusal of Service/Order Cancellations
I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Can I send you more than one project to finish?
Absolutely! I just ask that you fill out and send one order sheet per project.
How long until my quilt is finished?
My current turnaround time is 5-7 days from payment of the project balance. Sending more than 1 quilt or delays in communication or excessive troubleshooting may extend that. I’m very open in my communications with customers and respond to messages frequently.
Will you bind my quilt, too?
Yes! I offer a variety of options for binding, depending on how hands on you want to be in finishing your quilt. A complete list of options and pricing is on the order form.
Do I supply my own batting?
You’re certainly welcome to purchase and send your own batting. If you prefer not to, I offer several options of batting you can purchase from me. The list and pricing is included on the order form.
How do I prepare my quilt top and backing for being quilted on a longarm?
To prepare your quilt top, make sure that the top is square (not square shaped, but that the top, middle, and bottom are close to the same measurement), press all of your seams so they lay as flat as possible, and trim all of your loose threads. To prepare your backing, trim off the selvages, press and make sure the edges are as square as possible. If your backing is pieced, try your best to make the seam(s) run horizontally to the top and bottom of your quilt top and press the seam(s) OPEN. It will make loading and quilting much smoother and less likely to pucker. The backing and batting both need to be at least 4 inches bigger than your quilt top on all sides. I’ll steam your quilt top and backing when I get it.
How do I access the PDF file?
You log into your account on Etsy on a PC. Using your phone won’t work. Under your order history, next to the listing, there will be a button to download your purchase. Once you download your purchase, you can open it with a PDF viewer like Adobe or FoxIt and then save it to your computer or print a copy.
